The end-to-end experience with Sir Grout Dallas Fort Worth was extremely professional. Our technician Randy showed up exactly on time, did a fantastic job, and paid attention to all the tiny details. Tim provided us with the right solution for our needs in a timely and professional manner. Christopher and Sam were extremely efficient and skillful with their work, taking great care with attention to detail while doing the job and then thoroughly cleaning up and making sure they gave us tips on how to maintain the floors as well once they were done. And to speak of the absolutely amazing job they did would be a whole other 10/10 review! They did a fantastic job and we are stunned by the results.
