I wanted to review this company because of their exceptional work. They replaced and cleaned grout in three of my bathrooms as well as the laundry room floor and kitchen counters. All the marble countertops were cleaned and resealed. Carlos and Orlando were incredible!! They were on time - and so incredibly conscientious!! Thank you so much!!

This company exceeded our expectations and that is hard to do. The employees were courteous and helpful. Our tile floors were in desperate need of restoration. We had tried many other ways to clean our floors with no success. They were able to restore our grout and tile floors back to like new. They saved us thousands of dollars. Contracted with Sir Grout for kitchen and bath grout cleaning and sealing. Plano location. Benjamin completed the work 0n 5/25/2021.
1) He was extremely professional and communicated all options to me effectively, laying out several color samples to see which I liked best.
2) His work was exceptional. The floors look great and I am very happy with the outcome. Actually better than I expected.
3) While performing the job, he gave me updates to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. He also gave me several tips to help maintain the floors and grout.
4) He made sure to clean up after finishing the work, wiping down all areas and removing all trash.
5) I paid for the cleaning product which was not available at the time but he drove back to my house the next day to personally deliver it.

Thank you again and I will highly recommend Sir Grout and Benjamin to friends that need this service. I will certainly use them again.
