Contracted with Sir Grout for kitchen and bath grout cleaning and sealing. Plano location. Benjamin completed the work 0n 5/25/2021.
1) He was extremely professional and communicated all options to me effectively, laying out several color samples to see which I liked best.
2) His work was exceptional. The floors look great and I am very happy with the outcome. Actually better than I expected.
3) While performing the job, he gave me updates to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. He also gave me several tips to help maintain the floors and grout.
4) He made sure to clean up after finishing the work, wiping down all areas and removing all trash.
5) I paid for the cleaning product which was not available at the time but he drove back to my house the next day to personally deliver it.

Thank you again and I will highly recommend Sir Grout and Benjamin to friends that need this service. I will certainly use them again.

We had grout and tile cleaned in the entryway, master bath floor, shower and tub area. Although the exact grout color was not available, the one used actually turned out to be better. It brightens the areas so much more! Carlos, Samuel and Orlando performed excellent work and gave good after care instructions. Samuel even, graciously returned, after hours, to repair an area in the shower that we noticed had air bubbles and needed more grout. 😊 Sir Grout is a little expensive but provides high-quality work! As they say, "You get what you pay for." I highly recommend Sir Grout.

The whole experience of having grout and tile cleaned and buffed in the entryway, and having grout cleaned and replaced in the kitchen and master bath, was outstanding. Carlos and Ben performed excellent work that made the kitchen and bath look so much brighter in our 26-year-old house. Highly recommend Sir Grout.
