Corbin did a great job with re-caulking my walk-in shower.
We have beautiful travertine stone tiles throughout our first floor of our house. For years I've been disgusted by the dirty grout, especially in my kitchen. We contemplated ripping up the entire first floor to replace it with new hardwood but that would be a huge disruption, and cost.
My husband found Sir Grout and I was skeptical until I saw some of their before and afters. Then I was hopeful. They came yesterday promptly at 9am and worked all day. The difference in my floors is incredible. They look brand new and I'm thrilled with them. Highly recommend!
Sir Grout did an amazing job from the estimate to the completion of the job order. Tim was punctual, professional, and did not try to oversell me on any other services when he came to provide my estimate. Even though their schedule was booked for weeks straight, he was able to accommodate me with my tough work schedule. Samuel Avila (service technician) was the coolest and most dedicated guy I've met thus far! He practically spent all day fixing my shower and tub as requested and followed-up with me each step of the way to make sure I was happy before he continued on with the next step.
All the grout lines were cleaned up beautifully and he caulked everything to perfection. Him and his coworker Carlos G. did a fantastic job cleaning up the caulking mess that the builder left when I closed on the home. Even after the services, they have been following-up with me to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Would totally recommend Sir Grout to anybody! Their prices are a little bit higher than some of the competitors, but with the services they provided, it was worth every penny!
I had used another company to clean my kitchen grout and floors. The floor was clean but the grout never looked clean. Three years later I saw their ad and decided to try again. This time I wanted the kitchen and master bath. I was amazed at how clean the tile and grout was afterwards. Our two areas look new again. Its moderately priced and worth the cost. Recommended!!!
Carlos and Samuel arrived on time, and worked diligently to regrout my bathroom tile and replace the tile on the shower floor. They were very polite and efficient, and cleaned up well after they were done. My 1950s bathroom looks almost new and sparkling clean. Very pleased!

Carlos and his technician arrived on time today to work on the grout in a very large glassed in shower and all around a large tub in our master bath. They arrived on time and finished within the time they were scheduled. Both technicians were very personable and explained the processes and techniques being used very well to my wife and I.
The bathroom was pretty well taken care of, but when they finished the shower grout and tub caulking it make it look like newly installed units. Grout color and seals were perfectly matched to existing grout lines. Very well done, and very happy with the overall experience. Will recommend to friends.
