They did a great job checking in with me at each stage. They also did some additional work I'd forgotten. They got me a price and cleared their time and it was so easy. Now our tile rooms look new! It was great that we could choose a grout color, they all needed to be better at blending in.

Individual conducting inspection and estimating proposal on time, in the door and done quickly. Reasonable. Actual project, on time. With three areas within the project, approach for completion was defined. Continual updates on progress provided. All three segments of project completed ahead of schedule. Took time to fully explain guidelines for non use of areas during the first 24 hours after completion. Billing and payment completed on site. Looks great. Thank you!

Tim Baggett was on time and explained the entire process and gave us a free quote to restore our travertine kitchen floor and master bath shower. Results are unbelievable and our floor looks like it was freshly installed. They stained the grout to our pleasing and did some matching of grout in the bath where 2 different color grouts existed. We could not be more pleased with the results in both areas. Sir Grout can be trusted to deliver what they promise. And it all happen so quickly and efficiently.

They did a terrific job, very professional and prompt. The travertine floor is clean! It had dirt ground into cracks and grout lines that they got up. Very happy with the work. Also, they called me on face time and were able to take measurements on my phone to give me a bid. He was knowledgeable. Perfect service.

The service tech's were on time and did a nice job cleaning and recaulking/resealing our older master shower. Cleaned up well. 1 year warranty. We are pleased with the job.

Estimator was on time for analysis. Provided estimate for three part services, e.g. bath, bath and entry floor. Estimate was totally in reason, thank you!!!. Service agent arrived at designated time. Reviewed tasks to be completed for confirmation. Provided time line. Part one was completed ahead of 2hr time line. Part two was started early and completed ahead of time line. Provided revised time line estimate for part three entry way. Beat that. Provided completion tour and suggested guidelines for shower use (minimum 24 hours) but also provided "better" guidelines (48 hours) for best results. In other words gave us a choice. Payment process completed in a quick manner. Beginning to end was less than four (4) hours and well within original time line projection of six (6) hours. Showers and entry way looked the way they did when house was purchased over 30 years ago. Job well done. Thank you, thank you, thank you Corbin Williams.
