The work, so far, was expertly done. Carlos, our technician, called the day before with the time he would arrive. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was diligent, respectful, and most importantly, very skilled. We had a very bad experience years ago which led to $2500 of repairs and a lot of grief on our part with another company who did the grout. The only downside was the wait time. We called in August and couldn't get the estimate until mid September. Then we had to cancel which pushed the estimate date back almost 3 weeks into the first half of October. Then it wasn't until the 3rd week of November that we finally had the job done. I am very, very happy with our results and experience. Yes, I do recommend Sir Grout highly!
Just this morning and in time for the holidays, Sir Grout came and repaired kitchen caulk. Additionally, they cleaned, re-grouted, and re-caulked a guest bathroom/tub. This tile is almost 15 years old and now it looks like new for a fraction of the cost. Special shout-out to Carlos Gonzalez, Sales and Service Leader, for his extreme attention to detail and strict adherence to company protocol. I indicated that he didn't need to wear the booties. He said "Thank you ma'am but it it's company policy." Great experience all the way around.
Sir Grout did an awesome job on our guest bath tub and master shower. Everything is neat and clean and my master bath shower looks brand new!
I was really impressed with the work Sir Grout did on my travertine flooring. It was really dark and dirty. I honestly couldn't believe the difference. Carlos was wonderful too and he even had some color options for for me to pick from for the grout. He was very respectful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this process if you aren't wanting to replace flooring but looking to change the look of your home.
