Mr. Tim Baggett, General Manager arrived at the scheduled time and informed me that the problem I had was not the work that his company performs and suggested I contact a tile setter. This gentleman was very nice and refused to take any compensation, since he was unable to help me. He is a very honest and ethical person. I hope to do some business in the future when it comes time to restore the tile.
Carlos was amazing!! He worked for hours to grind, seal and shine my Calcutta Marble Kitchen Island!! You could tell he really cares about the quality of his work. Excellent work! I recommend them!

Our 12 year old master shower looks brand new! The old grout was removed and they matched the gray grout perfectly. The stains are gone from the natural stone wall tile. They also did a fantastic job in our second bath removing the mildewed caulk and freshening up the white grout in the surround. They were even able to remove red nail polish from the grout on the Ann Sachs mosaic floor tile. Thank you Sir Grout!

We have beautiful travertine stone tiles throughout our first floor of our house. For years I've been disgusted by the dirty grout, especially in my kitchen. We contemplated ripping up the entire first floor to replace it with new hardwood but that would be a huge disruption, and cost.
My husband found Sir Grout and I was skeptical until I saw some of their before and afters. Then I was hopeful. They came yesterday promptly at 9am and worked all day. The difference in my floors is incredible. They look brand new and I'm thrilled with them. Highly recommend!
Sir Grout did an amazing job from the estimate to the completion of the job order. Tim was punctual, professional, and did not try to oversell me on any other services when he came to provide my estimate. Even though their schedule was booked for weeks straight, he was able to accommodate me with my tough work schedule. Samuel Avila (service technician) was the coolest and most dedicated guy I've met thus far! He practically spent all day fixing my shower and tub as requested and followed-up with me each step of the way to make sure I was happy before he continued on with the next step.
All the grout lines were cleaned up beautifully and he caulked everything to perfection. Him and his coworker Carlos G. did a fantastic job cleaning up the caulking mess that the builder left when I closed on the home. Even after the services, they have been following-up with me to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Would totally recommend Sir Grout to anybody! Their prices are a little bit higher than some of the competitors, but with the services they provided, it was worth every penny!
