Sir Grout sent a 2-man team to clean, recaulk/grout and reseal our master shower room. We are very pleased with the work. They were on time and finished in timely fashion. Sir Grout was fully booked up though; we waited over a week to get someone out to estimate and then waited two more weeks to do the job, but it all worth it.
Yes. Corbin arrived at the promised time, and he worked about 4+ hours to get our shower looking brand new. We had a lot of accumulated mold from years of using the shower, cleaning it incorrectly, leaving door closed after each use, which we've learned adds to the mold issue. Amazing service! I could not have asked for a better result. The wait for an estimate and then another 2 to 3 week wait for the actual service is the only negative. But now that the work is done, the wait was worth it!
I called Sir Grout to fix an issue in my master bedroom shower. The contractor that put in the shower did not seal the grout. That should give you a good visual. Sir Grout came in and cleaned the grout and then sealed it. It looks better than it did the day it was installed! I highly recommend them to solve your grout issues.
What a wonderful, full service company! Tim came in and gave us a very thorough quote, explained why our shower looked so worn. I learned a lot about soap scum and what we needed to do to prevent it. Very knowledgeable, explained the process and the quote was very reasonable. He was so professional! Day of the job, Carlos Gonzalez was very punctual, took his time, super professional and he was quite then perfectionist! My shower looks like the day we had it re-done. Our floors look fantastic too. I would highly recommend this company. They are now my go-to for any flooring restoration needs.
