We used Sir Grout to re-polish and seal our marble counter top in our master bathroom. When Tim came for the initial visit to give us quote and estimate, he arrived right on time and was very thorough in talking to us about the procedure, as well as recommending products to use afterward to keep it looking clean/fresh. Cliff, the technician who did the polishing, was very professional and did a great job for us. The marble looks great, the dull spots gone and, the color is much more vibrant. We will definitely use them again.

Earlier this week, Carlos Gonzalez, lead service technician, spent the entire day working in our rather large master bathroom and it looks fantastic! There is extensive tile on the floor, around the tub and wall behind it, and in the walk-in shower. He repaired some tiny cracks and loose tiles, deep cleaned everything, and color matched all the grout (which varied slightly in color due to various renovations and wear over the years). In addition to his quality work, he was very nice and professional. He called to say he was running a bit late due to traffic, consulted with me on every little decision, kept me informed throughout the day, and left the bathroom spotless. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Sir Grout, and especially Carlos!!

The tile was cleaned 100%, looked like new after they finished. Savalas Lindsey preformed the word, he did a great job. He explained the entire process and told us how to keep it looking new. I was wall pleased with his work.
