Contacted Sir Grout for re-caulking and cleaning a Shower stall/tile and a bath tub. Tim Baggett,, the General Manager showed up at the house. Immediately liked Tim. Was very professional, friendly and well dressed. I had received a bid from a competitor previously and Tim's presentation and representation of Sir Grout stood head and shoulders above the competition. His bid was also about a $100 lower than the other so I immediately booked a date and time. He was able to do that right away on his ipad and emailed me a confirmation and the bid. The competitor just said to call the office if I was interested

The date booked was about a week out. Savalas Lindsey, the Tileman showed up on time ready to work. Savalas was also very professional and friendly. He asked to see the bathrooms to assess what equipment he needed and then immediately got to work. He was fast, efficient, and his workmanship was impeccable. The shower stall was the worst and when he finished it looked brand new and I said "WOW!"

Saualas was great. The tile and granite are over ten years old and he'd never been professionally cleaned. The bathroom tile is nonslip and extremely pours. We would never put it in a bathroom again but Saualas made it look brand new. He took the extra time to do the job right. It looks great.

Savalas Lindsay was prompt and thorough with completion of all tile grout in kitchen, pantry, breakfast nook, hall and bathroom floors. Tim came out first to give me the pricing estimate. Not only was he professional and pleasant, he had many helpful tips about various surfaces in my home that I requested information about. He was honest about what Sir Grout's services could improve and what was better handled by me just using a different product. Savalas came out to do the work, and he was honest, sincere, and professional. It was a little hard for me to justify the price for the grouting job since I know how to grout a tub but had run out of time. I was very concerned that he would be careful not to knock off one of the tiles in both jobs since the tiles are an unusual color.

1. No tiles were marred and bumped off.
2. Savalas removed the ancient, rock hard grout that was on without any problem.
3. He did the neatest job of grouting I have ever seen.
4. The kitchen granite was sealed and ready for use.

Lindsey was very punctual; courteous, and professional. We had all of our tile in the kitchen, hall, half bath, and laundry room cleaned and regrouted. Lindsey used a pH neutral surface cleaner to clean all of the grout. Then regrouted with the wonderful color of our choice. Our ceramic tiles looks brand new!! It saved us a ton of money and time from actually changing the tiles.

The whole experience was great. Lindsey did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout in the future.

Entire process done in a professional and courteous manner. End product was outstanding. A difference of night and day on both the floors and countertops. Mr. Lindsey did an outstanding job of explaining what he was going to do and after finishing, explaining what needed to be done to maintain the floor and countertop condition.

The worker called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very polite and professional. He assessed the work, and began immediately. He explained what the job would entail, approximately how long it would take and how long we needed to allow it to dry before use.

He was very thorough in both the cleaning of the granite tops and slate floors, and very detailed with the sealing of both. My counter tops look new, and my slate floor looks spectacular! Also, I hadn't realized just how badly our tub surround needed recalking till I saw the finished work! We're extremely pleased with all the results!

I called 3 companies for bids. Sir Grout was the only one who responded. (Left 2 messages with others). Sir Grout made an appointment and arrived on time. The man doing the estimate was very professional. he listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions.

Mr. Lindsey, who did the actual work, was also very professional. I was very impressed with his knowledge of types of tile, grout, and the products that he was using.

My floors and shower look better than I thought possible.
