I was somewhat skeptical when I hired Sir Grout that they could make my tile and grout look like when it was first put in 16 years ago but to my amazement, it is exactly like when I had it first installed. I cannot believe how beautiful it looks. I am afraid to walk on it. Randy did an amazing job.
Manny came out and did work on our white marble. We have had repeated issues with mold, that no one else could fix. He not only returned the tile to a like-new appearance but also found the issue that prior cleaners had missed. Timely response and quotes by the management as well. Great experience!
