All I can say is WOW!!!! Carlos did the free estimate and explained how the process is done, time frame and what to expect. The day of the job, Manny text me to let me know he was on his way and promptly began working as soon as he got here. We popped in on him a couple times and he explained what he was doing every time. Manny did a wonderful job on the tile in my shower. I had places where the grout had cracked creating space where water could get in and cause damage. Manny was wonderful. He fixed the cracks and other minor spots on the grout. Did a great job cleaning and sealing as well. I love the results.
It's the second time we used Sir Grout and second time we are happy with their service. Our technician Manny was on time, professional, did a great job and cleaned everything after his visit. He gave us an advice on the color of the grout that will work better and we were happy with the end result. The tile and grout look like newly installed. Very happy and will use them again!
