My grout was turning black & I could not get it clean. It turns out you should reseal every 5 to 10 years. I have had my home for 18 years. On top of that, I used a steam cleaner that destroys the seal of the grout.
It's thoroughly cleaned, resealed the grout & sealed the tile; just waiting to dry. It was expensive, but worth every penny. Doing the house in thirds. Will do the large living room area after January & then the back of the home.
