Service was scheduled two weeks out and service team showed up exactly on time and completed everything by the end of the day. We almost couldn't believe the before and after photos of the projects, but we are beyond delighted with the results that Sir Grout gave us! Our entire tile floor looks brand new, as does our shower. Randy did a fantastic job. Our master and guest showers are back in almost original condition. The grout has been repaired and the stone is nice and clean. I didn't take before photos, but the after is what matters! The process to have them come out for a free estimate was easy and truly free. Randy came out a few days later to do the job and he did detailed and quality work. My caulk and grout look brand new!
