I did not get service from them because Tim gave me a direct tip to use a 10 dollar product to clean my quartz countertops.

Other vendors were going to charge 700 to do my kitchen and bathrooms. Tim advised not to do that and just try Home Depot.

It worked. This shows he was NOT looking to make another sale, but rather give advice where he can.

I used this company because the tile I chose when we built our home 10 years ago showed every spot, and just wiping it only made smear marks. There was no spot cleaning at all. When mopping, I literally had to swipe the mop over each tile several times, wait till it dried, and sometimes the spot was still there. It has been a big stress for me because I want everything clean.

This company changed everything. They stripped everything off, scrubbed it clean, then sealed it.

Randy and Christopher performed an Outstanding job on a horribly stained shower! It had totally gotten out of hand to the point I was considering having the bottom portion ripped out and replaced with white ceramic tile, which I felt I knew how to keep clean. I assumed I'd need new glass walls too. Trent assured me Sir Grout techs could make it look new again and they did not disappoint! It's now better than new!

When I remodeled that bathroom about 15 years ago, the installers swapped the grout I had purchased for the project. I chose grout to match the tile color I had bought for the walls, and a different color for the shower floor. Installers had put light grout where I planned dark and vice versa.

Christopher and Randy matched the colors beautifully with a sealer after they cleaned the grout! And, they suggested products and maintenance practices to maintain the beautiful results! I couldn't be happier, and highly recommend this duo!
