We built a brand new house with way too much white grout. After only 2 weeks of living here we realized we definitely needed something to help. Sir Grout to rescue. I made spaghetti last night and red sauce got all over the white tile and white grout. Every single bit WIPED AWAY, zero scrubbing. Our bathroom looks cleaner than it was because the white grout. Also, the professional we had, helped us to point out a defect to the builder and told us to hold off on sealing grout in a spot. He could have charged us the money and gone on his way. Highly professional.

We had Sir Grout redo our shower/master bath grout, as well as our kitchen/hall/laundry room tile areas. Chris and Sam were on time, professional and did an awesome job. There was no rushing, and an extreme attention to detail. They also took the time afterwards to make sure we understood the right cleaners and maintenance to use going forward. It looks great and was just the refresh these areas in our home needed. I would highly recommend them.

I am overjoyed with the work Sir Grout did on my kitchen floor yesterday! We have 4-year old Mexican white travertine. Sam Avila was the technician and his professionalism, attention to detail and dedicated efforts to renew our floors was impressive. Since we had not professionally cleaned these floors since the stone was installed, I had my doubts about how much they could be cleaned for. They are now gorgeous again! Also, Tim, the General Manager was outstanding in coming to our home to survey the job and give us an accurate estimate for the work. He was knowledgeable and very professional. There were no surprises or unforeseen costs once his estimate was made. We will use Sir Grout now once a year! Thank you.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Sir Grout --i.e. Samuel. He arrived promptly, and worked all day long to complete the job. He was professional, courteous and friendly. The work he did on our master shower was amazing. This is the second time I've used Sir Grout services and totally will use them again!

Sir Grout has been a pleasure to deal with from day one. We got our quote in February, and they scheduled us in March. Before our day came, we got worried about the pandemic, so we called and asked if they could put us on hold. In retrospect, that was a mistake on our part, but they were happy to do it. Fast forward to August, and we've REALLY got to get our shower refurbished, so we called, and they scheduled us for a week out. The office manager was great. Samuel showed up on time and walked through what he was going to do. I expressed some concern about the need to add some grout, and he agreed to do that. He worked through lunch and finished right about when I was told he would, and the shower looks fantastic! He pointed out the things he fixed, walked through maintenance, cleaned up, and left. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had.

Chris finished deep cleaning our bathroom, finishing it with "Malibu Sand" and I could not be more excited! Not only is it CLEAN it looks completely refreshed. I'm now thinking of what other projects we can do to spruce up the place! I also am very happy with the cost- For an entire's day of work, and for it to look as good as it now does, this was very reasonably priced. I quoted another vendor, and Sir Grout was both quicker to respond (right away) and gave the better quote. Additionally, I really appreciated Chris - was punctual, incredibly nice, walked me through what he was doing, and entertained my excitement with before and after photos. I'm really thrilled that we got this done and already plan on calling to get my downstairs bathroom done as well. Thanks Chris and Sir Grout. Those looking for a good quality cleaning, friendly service - use this team!
