May 2023: My countertops look amazing! After building a new home, I was in need of a marble countertop expert who could buff out imperfections and seal the surfaces! Manny was that expert and he did a phenomenal job! Not only did he bring the marble back to life, he was able to remove the surface stains acquired during the home construction process.

I highly recommend Sir Grout's grout cleaning and re-coloring service. A very professional two-man team came to our house right on time and got to work steaming and cleaning our ceramic tiled grouted kitchen/laundry room area. The team did a thorough brush cleaning of the grout lines after steaming the entire floor area. That was a big improvement but after 20 years of floor traffic, I expected that cleaned grout would need to be colorized to look new again. That was a good call.

Once that deep-cleaning step was done and the existing material dried, the guys gave me two good options for colorizing the old grout. I chose the "Malibu Sand" color which was a very close match to the original clean grout color. They applied the Malibu Sand (which is an epoxy-based product) that dries quickly and did not smell bad. Once dried in about 20 minutes, it looked fantastic, like a new floor but for far less money and way less hassle. Well done, Sir Grout!

We have Porcelain tile with white grout throughout our house. The builder left the tile in a mess. Sir Grout was not the cheapest bid. They did an unbelievably good job. I have had tile in my previous 2 houses and the professionals who did them before did not do as good a job as Sir Grout.

We had our large master bath floor and walk-in shower grouted with a new color. Everything from the estimated visit to completion of the project was handled on time and professionally. I highly recommend them!

In february 2023, we had Sir Grout do a refresh of our master shower which included steam cleaning, grout painting and recaulking. All was great. However, within a few months, we had mildew showing up despite our regular cleaning with the recommended solution.

We contacted Sir Grout and after talking with Tim, the Dallas office manager about the issue he said he wanted to get one of his lead technicians, Randy, to come out, size up the situation, and work to get the shower back to brilliant at no cost.
Randy came out yesterday (June 28). He: sized up and attacked the problems he encountered, did a fair amount of repainting and recaulking, and brought our shower back to brilliant. He spent over 4 hours on the task, was meticulous in his work, and was very informative along the way. It was a pleasure to work with him and we recommend him highly.
