We had Sir Grout clean, re-grout and seal all of our tiled floors and master shower. Tim Baggett came out and gave us the estimate. Samuel did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with the result. Samuel told us that it is recommended to have the grout reviewed about every two years and we intend to do that using Sir Grout.

I appreciated the punctuality and prompt follow up on my inquiry and/or request. The technician was honest about one part of the work and gave me a recommendation of what needed to be done. The floors look amazing and they look like new. Not sure about the value of the work, but I didn't find other reputable business to request a quote. At the end, I think it was worth it.

My shower in my master bath looks brand new. I wish I would have done this sooner instead of looking at the nasty looking shower for so long. Chris did a great job, very meticulous and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I also want to give a shout out to Tim for sharing his expertise. The tile floors in both of my bathrooms, my laundry room, and my mud room all look brand new. Again, great job Chris!

We built a brand new house with way too much white grout. After only 2 weeks of living here we realized we definitely needed something to help. Sir Grout to rescue. I made spaghetti last night and red sauce got all over the white tile and white grout. Every single bit WIPED AWAY, zero scrubbing. Our bathroom looks cleaner than it was because the white grout. Also, the professional we had, helped us to point out a defect to the builder and told us to hold off on sealing grout in a spot. He could have charged us the money and gone on his way. Highly professional.

We had Sir Grout redo our shower/master bath grout, as well as our kitchen/hall/laundry room tile areas. Chris and Sam were on time, professional and did an awesome job. There was no rushing, and an extreme attention to detail. They also took the time afterwards to make sure we understood the right cleaners and maintenance to use going forward. It looks great and was just the refresh these areas in our home needed. I would highly recommend them.
