The whole experience was very professional. From the quote and in-person explanation by Tim to the quality work by Manny. Manny arrived as scheduled and explained before and during the process what he was doing. He cleaned up when finished and the results were superb. The shower looks like new.
Tim B was my sales representative who did the initial inspection and quoted the job. He was very professional and polite. I expressed some concern about whether they would assign enough team members to complete the job. On the day of arrival, four full-size vans showed up promptly at 8:30 am. A fifth employee came later and so did the Regional Manager. We built the house 17 years ago. Our primary bath is finished with travertine and the shower was badly pitted and scarred by harsh cleansers. Now it looks like new. The grout on ceramic tile in the kitchen was very grungy; now it looks better than the day we moved in. The granite countertops on indoor and outdoor kitchens now have a high gloss. The crew was very courteous and helpful. I rarely write reviews but the outcome in this case was exceptional.
We had an excellent experience with Sir Grout. Professional staff that was easy to work with. We received a detailed quote on the work we wanted done in our master bathroom, and all of the work was done exactly to our satisfaction, with no surprises on price or "extras" that needed to be done. Our technician was here on time, worked hard, and delivered us an excellent job. We have already begun planning to have Sir Grout back to work on our other two bathrooms.
